This policy explains how the PSCup2026 application (the "App"), developed by Tatamobile (Gonzalo Astica), handles information when you use it. In short: the App does not require registration or a user account, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information. We do not create user profiles, we do not show advertising, and we do not include third-party analytics or tracking tools.
The App stores certain information only on your phone so that it works correctly:
This information is stored locally (using the system storage and a local database on your device) and is not sent to any server of ours. If you uninstall the App, this data is removed.
If you grant permission, the App can add match events to your calendar to help you remember them. This permission is used solely to create those events on your device. The App does not read, store, or transmit the contents of your calendar to any external server. You can revoke this permission at any time from your phone settings.
With your permission, the App sends local notifications to alert you about goals and key plays for the matches or teams you follow. These notifications are generated on your device; you can disable them from your system settings.
The App retrieves public match information (scores, schedule, and statistics) from the public ESPN API
(site.api.espn.com). These requests do not include any personal information about
you. Use of the data provided by ESPN is subject to that provider's terms.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Because information is kept on your device and we do not transmit personal data, the risk of exposure is minimal. We recommend keeping your device protected with your operating system's standard security measures.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or in legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page, along with its update date.
